Finland is widely considered the birthplace of Sauna, it’s also been rated the happiest country on earth for the past 8 years! Coincidence?
Maybe. Unfortunately most saunas available here in America don’t create the same experience that Finnish sauna design delivers. That’s why our saunas are designed and built with 3 core principles of Finnish Sauna:
1. ventilation
It is crucial to have continuous fresh air to breathe without high levels of CO2, VOC’s, Pathogens, Carcinogens or odors.
2. bench height
The Finnish often cite the most critical element of sauna design as “Feet Above the Stones”, allowing for our entire bodies to be most evenly heated from head to toe.
3. proper heat
You are heated by a hot air bath of gentle convective heat that evenly caresses your entire body; head to toes, front to back and minute to minute. In addition, you should feel no noticeable direct heat from the heater or the wall in front of you. The heat should not feel harsh or uneven.

We order the materials and start your sauna build. Project timelines vary based on size, but our team of experts will have you baking at 200 degrees before you know it.
